My trip to St. John

Four days in St. John, and I can already say we’ve had wonderful times here.

The sunset sail, the snorkeling trip, and the visits to different beaches, where we also snorkeled and enjoyed the beautiful warm sea, soft white sand, and splendid sunshine, were all unforgettable. It was only slightly overcast on the last day, but still perfectly enjoyable.

We saw so many types and colors of fish, along with stingrays, crabs, sea urchins, and beautiful corals.

Did I find sea glass? … Only in the stores! 😄

I met a local artist who makes silver jewelry with sea glass, a style very similar to what I’d love to create. And one morning at breakfast, a lady noticed my pendant and told me she also makes jewelry using sea glass and other sea elements. She showed me a pair of earrings she made with sand and resin shaped like little turtles, they were adorable.

One more day here, and then back home to normal life. I’ll definitely miss this beautiful sea.
