Refund Policy
Returns

• If the desired item is not available, we will process a refund instead.
Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at marielmesser@gvtc.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
