I love elephants, I will explain you here why…

My love for elephants began when I was very young. One of my closest friends chose small elephant figures as keepsakes for her wedding guests, we were both quite young at the time, she was probably only 17. Because I was her best friend, I helped her choose them. We ended up selecting a few transparent glass elephants, and one of them became my very first elephant.

The woman at the shop shared something that stayed with me. According to Hindu beliefs, elephants bring happiness and good fortune to the homes they enter. She explained that they should be positioned as if they were walking into the house, meaning that if they are placed indoors, their backs should face the front door, as though they are passing through and leaving happiness behind.

I loved that idea. It felt gentle, hopeful, and meaningful, and I chose to believe it. That moment marked the beginning of my collection.

From then on, every time I came across an elephant, I felt drawn to it. I began collecting them based on the materials they were made from, glass, wood, metal, stone, and many more. Today, my collection has grown to more than 70 pieces, each one different, each one special. Friends and family have also become part of this story, adding to my collection whenever they travel or stumble upon an elephant that makes them think of me. I truly treasure that, it is a beautiful feeling to be remembered that way.

Naturally, my love for elephants found its way into my jewelry. I began creating elephant pendants to wear myself, carrying that symbolism of strength, protection, and happiness with me. Over time, I discovered that many of my customers share the same affection for elephants.
